Low Vth Series
The Low Vth Series covers a full voltage range from 30V to 200V. It features fast switching speed, low switching loss, high reliability and consistency. This series is mainly applied to synchronous rectification power supply systems with relatively low driving voltages, including 5V to 20V output PD applications, high-power LED display power supplies, server power DC-DC modules and other related fields.
High Vth Series
The High Vth Series mainly covers the voltage range from 30V to 200V. It features low on-resistance, fast switching speed, low switching loss, high reliability and consistency. This series is primarily applied to power supply systems with a driving voltage above 10V, including fields such as power supply synchronous rectification, motor drive, lithium battery protection and inverters.
