Leveraging its controlling subsidiary Hynetek, Oriental Semi has closed the gap in digital control ICs, building a comprehensive digital IC portfolio spanning digital power controllers, industrial DSPs, gate drivers and analog operational amplifiers. Unlike the industry’s typical multi‑vendor fragmented approach, the in‑house manufacturer enables hardware‑software co‑optimization and delivers standardized reference designs, helping customers shorten R&D cycles and reduce BOM costs.
In response to the industry trend toward 800V high‑voltage DC buses, the company has introduced system protection solutions including high‑voltage hot‑swap and SSCB solid‑state circuit breakers. Paired with in‑house developed DSPs and control algorithms, these solutions deliver microsecond‑level fault protection, safeguarding the reliable operation of large‑scale computing‑power data center systems.

Leveraging its full‑chain power supply architecture, Oriental Semi has realized end‑to‑end coverage spanning grid input all the way to computing chips. Its SiC and GaN devices are benchmarked against top global counterparts. Liquid‑cooling‑compatible power devices have achieved mass production and delivery. Digital power controllers have been adopted by leading global customers. Products are shipped in volume to customers including A, Honor, Megmeet, Vertiv and Delta, serving more than 2,000 end‑customers.
